5) Start and continue your Seasonal Questline. You'll continue until you've unlocked your Chaos Perks. Either continue the Seasonal Questline or head to Step 6.

6) Progress your way to crafting/obtaining your first Nightmare Dungeon Sigil. Forgotten Whisper Sigils are a great way to add extra experience to everything you do.

Start the main campaign! (New Players).

Alternate Leveling Route

A) Players now have the option to play the Vessel of Hatred Campaign as an alternate source of leveling. There is however a spot in the campaign where the dialog will make this a slower option. If you don’t mind that, continue through the campaign. If speed is your goal, skip to step 15 once you hit level 45.

B) Whisper Caches, Helltides and Dungeons will be your starting sources of leveling this Season. There are several ways to maximize your experience with these. If you run into Helltides, especially early in the leveling process do not try to beat the Blood Maiden. Just complete all the other whispers, then move onto a new zone with new Whispers. If you start to get Nightmare Dungeon keys, this should be something you look for to also have Whispers attached to it. You can continue with this method until level 60.

C) Nightmare dungeons will be a great way to level as well, if you get lucky early on. The nightmare dungeon sigil that includes the Forgotten Wisdom in the name is what you’re aiming for. This affix makes monsters you kill drop experience globes for massive gains in levels during single nightmare dungeons. There is no way to guarantee you get the Forgotten Wisdom sigil so you’ll need to replay on Whisper caches and Sigil crafting to get obtain one.

Nightmare dungeon Sigil Crafting

After completing steps 1 - 5 head to Helltides. Fight through Helltides until you have reached level 15. The goal is to be able to save up 800 cinder by the time you can swap to either Hard, Expert of Pentitent Difficulty. Your cinder will carry over and you’ll gain increased experience simply from opening Chests. You’ll mount up on your horse and run to the chests. You’ll need to be able to survive on the higher difficulty to do this. These chests will drop Nightare Dungeon Sigil Powder. Once you’ve obtained enough, you’ll craft your first sigil at the occultist. Then you’ll only run Nightmare Dungeons as they drop sigil powers and Sigils themselves.

Seasonal Mechanic

Season 11 is bringing Divine gifts. One of these gifts will play a major role in your leveling process. You will get this early on by defeating Duriel, who has taken over Helltides and replaced the Blood Maiden for the season. After defeating him you will be rewarded with the Essence of Squalor. Rewards: Maggots in Helltide can drop Experience Globes, doubled while Purified. This will make your leveling experience very fast and will be the main source of leveling for speed.

Level 10

7) - As you level, pick up herb bundles so you can purchase your first Elixirs at level 10. Craft as many as you can and keep them running for extra Experience.

- Tempering Unlocks at level 10. Elemental Surge for Weapon Tempers is very strong, even at a basic Temper. It will provide a huge amount of extra damage from the start. We will have to wait until we are in game, with the changes to early game drops to see how much material gains will come in the early stages.

Level 15

8) **CONDITIONAL**

- If this is your first time playing this character, complete your Class Quest.

If you have completed in previous Seasons, either skip, or complete for the new Archetype caches.

9) Switch to Hard difficulty at level 15 if comfortable

- Gear check** Up to level 35 complete these every 10 levels.

After level 35 switch to every 5 for progressions. Depending on the build you may not even need to this often.

Level 30

10) Go unlock Aspects through dungeons.

- Use pins from codex (See video)

11) Use interactive map to track renown targets as you complete (New Players)

12) Continue in to level in Helltides, Whisper Caches and Nightmare Dungeons (Returning Players). Complete Campaign (New Players)

13) Use nightmare dungeons to gain materials

Level 45

14) This is where you can craft Incense. They last as long as your Elixirs do, so use them at the same time.

15) At this point in the leveling process, Strongholds give a very good amount of experience and most can be finished very quickly. This is a great time to break it up and move to completing these.
