Efficient Race and Speed Leveling
Fast leveling outside of the Vessel of Hatred Campaign
Your build should be the first thing you choose before even starting the season Endgame Guide
Find a reliable build guide ahead of time
Practice your build before the season launches
Learn what gear you’re looking for and plan how you want to upgrade after level 60
Test leveling tier pre-season start by class/group
Start seasonal quest to unlock any power or reputation
Open Seasonal Rank board for first skill point
Choose skill with mobility or range i.e. evade, lunging strike, hydra
Head to Helltides or PvP zone. High density for Kill streaks
If Helltides farm cinder to open chests. If not on Pentitent farm enough to open all chests before switching to Pentitent
Gear to look out for:
Legendary will be most beneficial as they offer extra power and more affixes
Always upgrade weapons often. Not the rest as much
BOOTS / AMULETS! Look for movement speed above any other stat
At level 10, tempering opens up. If you have veiled crystals:
Temper movement speed on boots/amulet
Temper ultimate cooldown reduction on rings
At level 10 Elixirs open as well. Grab these when you teleport for tempers
Kill streaks will be massive experience at the end of the streak if you live
In Helltides, look for spires to spawn for high kill streaks but be careful not to die
Blood maiden will be great for monsters but don’t try to kill her early. Waste of time
Pull monsters towards other monsters while fighting to maintain kill streaks.
PvP zone can be used but Helltide chests offer big experience gains
Class quests can be completed prior to season launch and will not need to be repeated
Repeating a class quest will give you a cache with a legendary and tempering manuals
If previously completed on that class you will automatically open class mechanics at the right level
At minimum level 30 complete Capstone: Vault of the Crucible (Found through season ranks)
Rinse and repeat Helltide kill streaks until level 45
Incense opens at level 45. You do not need to wear 3 difference incense. Experience does not stack. One at a time is fine
Switch from Helltides to Strongholds at this point (unless Kill streak exp is amazing). Some top picks:
Kor Dragan (Fractured Peaks)
Malnok (Fractured Peaks)
Temple of Rot (Dry Steppes)
At minimum level 50 complete Capstone: Hellish Descent (Found through season ranks)
If build(s) are strong you will have the Pits unlocked at this point. You can clear the Pits to unlock Torment 1 (Pit level 10)
Doing this will allow you to get Obols for after level 60
Ancestral Gear will unlock at Torment 1 only
If not continue Helltides/Strongholds until 60
If strong enough switch to Torment 1. If not, farm on Penitent briefly
All gear after level 60 will be item power 750
Torment 1 will unlock ancestral gear at 800 item power
Complete a full set of 750 gear if needed at this point before moving to Torment 1
Torment 1 priority list:
Glyphs
Pits will give you 1 glyph per run and you’ll need to level up glyphs anyway
Nightmare dungeons have a chance to drop several in one run, or none at all
Whisper caches are great for glyphs if there are fast Grim Favor available
Glyphs at level 46 is a massive jump in power early on
Aspects
Always salvage all legendary items to fill out your codex
Do high gear density content like Helltides or Nightmare dungeons
Use obols from the Pits to target specific aspects needed
If using VoH use the Mercenary Barter at the Den for aspects
Level each mercenary to unlock more
Uniques
Most setups have build defining uniques. Know what they are and play to split farming efficiently
If 3 people need uniques from one boss that should be first
Don’t farm bosses too early. It will be slow and tedious
Use obols to target specific uniques
Crafting materials
Helltide chests will give you sigil powder for Nightmare dungeons. Use these for Obducite
Look out for Strongroom and Treasure breach for Obducite
Prankster Nightmare Dungeon for Mythics
Salvage all gear for crafting mats
See video for best farms Farming Video
Gear Upgrades
Masterworking will be important but Neatheriron will be short, getting to Torment 3 will not require complete Masterworking.
Tempering is a must, now that it is deterministic it should always be done for upgrades. Do not worry about scrolls
Mythics
These should be last on your priority list
Mythics are not required to hit Torment 3 or 4
