About the Site

Cliptis.com is a fan site run by Cliptis, a content creator covering action RPGs such as Diablo 4, Path of Exile 2, and Torchlight: Infinite. It isn't run, reviewed, or endorsed by the companies that make these games.

Game names, logos, artwork, and other game assets belong to their owners, including Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. (Diablo®) and Grinding Gear Games (Path of Exile). They appear here for reference and commentary.

Who Owns the Content

Unless a page says otherwise, the text, guides, tables, layouts, graphics, videos, and design on Cliptis.com belong to Cliptis or are used with permission. © 2026 Cliptis. All rights reserved.

Facts from the games themselves, such as item names, stats, and recipes, don't belong to anyone. What belongs to Cliptis is how the site selects, organizes, writes up, and presents them.

• Share a screenshot of a page in a chat, forum post, or stream, with credit to Cliptis and Cliptis.com

What Needs Permission First

Without written permission from Cliptis, please don't:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute pages, tables, guides, or images, in whole or in large part, on another website, app, or product
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site, other than search engines indexing it for search results
• Use the site's content to train, fine-tune, or feed AI models or datasets
• Remove copyright notices, or present the site's content as your own
• Interfere with the site, such as trying to break its security or overload it

Accuracy

Games change with patches and seasons. Cliptis works to keep the site current, but some information may be out of date or contain mistakes. The site is for general information, and you use it at your own discretion.

Partnerships and Links

Cliptis creates content for Mobalytics, including as its Lead Barbarian Writer, and some links on this site go to his builds and guides there. Cliptis doesn't earn commissions from links on Cliptis.com, and the site doesn't show ads. If that changes, this page will say so.

The site links to other websites, such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and Mobalytics. Cliptis isn't responsible for their content or practices.

Merch

The merch store is run by Fourthwall. Orders, payments, shipping, and returns are handled by Fourthwall under its own terms and policies.

Messages You Send

If you send ideas or feedback, Cliptis may use them to improve the site without owing you anything for them. Please don't send confidential information.

Copyright Concerns

If you believe something on the site uses your work without permission, email Cliptis@viralcollab.com with a description of your work, where it appears on the site, and how to reach you. Cliptis will review it and remove material where appropriate.

No Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cliptis isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its information, including in-game losses such as spent materials or items.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Hawaii, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change too. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
